Yea, its gonna be cold for sure. lol. But if we don't have enough for a class I would like to run with the 4 wheelers just to see what we can do with them.

That's the spirit! I love lining up vs. quads on the trike, have had some of my best runs against the machines with the extra wheel. Intensity goes up a notch or two for me when I have a chance to give quads a lesson. Keep us in the loop.

Track lights kept going out last night. We only got through the pratice and heats and they cancelled the rest. Hope to see all you guys next spring!
