    Leaking coolant from weep hole

Just finished a complete rebuild of a 1985 ATC 250R. Fired her up yesterday for the first time. Coolant is dripping from the weep hole. All the seals are new. I took side cover off, removed water pump shaft and seal, checked the shaft for wear an there is not even a groove worn. I replaced the seal again. Reassembled, fired it up and still dripping from weep hole. Is it possibly the pressure seal and not the shaft seal? Any ideas, tips or feedback will be greatly appreciated. Here is the patient:

I figured out it is the mechanical seal. Guess I will order one now. Thanks for the help though!
