as you can see my stock muffler was a little rusty!

and the sound... at idle its not that bad but when you give it some gas. lol its quite loud but i like it!

    start to reassemble the 185s!

finally start to look like an atc!

i also installed the exhaust and wire harness. start on 3rd pull. could not be happier!

the main reason why i start all this makeover was because the exciter coil stop working. after i decided to repaint everything. and finally today it fires again!

just need to find some fork boots. and maybe a new throttle cable. and finally repaint the 3 rims

Looks great! A word of advice;I did the exact finish to my 90 tank and it resisted gas up to the point where the gas was able to sit on the paint. I was dumb and laid the tank on it's side while I worked on the motor. It did affect the base and clear coat after a bit of time.

yeah way better but way louder hehe!

today i worked on the 185s

    - reinstalled the chain
    - paint the rear wheel
    - re-installed the shifter

my wire harness was a little messy but the ignition part was ok so i wire it up and it fire so i gave a little ride to the old 185!

now i'm waiting the wire harness from ps2fixer here on the forum can't wait to receive it!
