MY 85 250ES NEUTRAL SWITCH IS MESSED UP...I TRIED UNHOOKING THE 4 WIRES COMING FROM THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ENGINE TO BYPASS IT BUT NO LUCK .... AANY IDEAS ?

4 wires????? Neutral is only one wire and it gets a ground when the tranny is in neutral. To bypass, all you have to do is ground that neutral wire. That enables the starter solenoid and turns on the neutral light.
when in neutral most of the time it wont get spark cause it thinks its still in gear..i don't have any dash light so I guess I need to figure out what color wire is the neutral wire.

Damn, I was just fooling with that the other day and cannot remember the color. I want to say black with a green stripe but I am not certain. I am pretty sure that the diagram is in the manual all the way in the back.

It should be a two wire plug, one wire red, one wire green. Jump the green wire to ground.
