86 Tecate swingarm spacer measurements needed

When I took my 86 Tecate apart it was missing both the inner spacer/caps that go between the swingarm and engine. I was hoping someone had one laying around that they could measure for me so I can make a set. I have a lathe and material already but just need to have something to go off from. Thanks

I don't have an 86, but if it comes to it you should be able to measure the difference between the cases and swingarm and divide by half. Make it fit snug so the swingarm doesn't "squeeze " more than it needs to.

i will try to remember to bring some calipers home and measure them over the weekend.

You should be able to reverse engineer them.
    Small ID is axle size.
Small OD is swinger hole size.
Large OD is swinger OD size.
The OAL and the boss height is the trickier part.

Has more features than I thought it would.

    OD chamfer about .060"
    id chamfers .040" (both sides)

seal groove about .030" wide depth sorta measured in last picture
seal groove starts about .030 from the face.
Those are just rough guesses without having something like an optical comparator to measure it accurately.

Thanks nd4speed, I had no idea there was that much going on either. From the very limited pictures I had seen I couldn't see most of that. I will have to try and get out to the lathe this weekend and try to get some made up now. Thanks again
