New 86 250R (what kind of pipe is this)

I just got a killer deal on an 86 250R full of aftermarket goodies and I'm trying to identify the parts. Anybody know what kind of exhaust is on this ? I have an FMF on my 85 and a DG on the shelf and this looks way different than both of them. Also anybody know the maker of the Baja light guard ?

    Thanks guys

ID:	206136 I used to run a type 6 paul turner. Mine looks to be a tad skinnier.. I wish I had a better shot of it. It now hangs in the shop. The early one like mine had a tac welded badge. The later ones were fully welded. Is there evidents of a removed badge? Myself, Ive never seen an unbadged pt pipe. It could have been removed prior to the plating.

The pics are dark, it may be a- SDR Products light guard (is that correct or was it SRP) anyway its been a LONG time, but it was Dean Sundahl's old company.
I had one with a huge Cibie light on a 1984 ATC 250r. The dunes at night looked like day time!

Here are a couple more pictures. I've been looking around for pipes and I think this may be an ESR can anybody confirm ? It looks too fat to be a Turner but has the same lower mounting flange that bolts to the lower right motor mount. I believe ESR pipes also bolt up this way too.

yep to fat in the swoop up top to be a PT type 6 or hi-rev. now that i see it from the front it kind of looks like an ESR pipe....those should also have a welded badge tho. Send a couple pics to eddie and ask him if its one of his.

That pipe is definitely a Paul Turner product.

That is not an ESR that pipe looks at least over 20 years old. ESR pipes are also thinner when they go behind frame to exit into silencer and cone way to fat!!
I also agree that may be an old Paul Turner, PT ATC pipes had a nice radius or curve coming out of exhaust port.

Thanks to everyone who posted pictures and information it really helped. Knowing the exhaust type will help when asking for info on jetting. I haven't ridden the bike more than up and down my street so not sure how I like the pipe and carb setup yet, But it is definitely faster than my 85 with an FMF and stock carb.

P.S. any opinions on silencers or all they all the same ? Spark arrestor or noise is not a concern for me just want one that will match this pipe the best.
