1984 ATC 200ES brake line threading

    Hello All,

I'm working on getting a 200ES up and running properly. the engine runs fine, everything shifts well and there are no issues starting. I'm working on the brakes now. It came with no cables, levers or hand grips. I've got all the parts to reinstall the rear brakes (I don't really care much about the front brakes right now) except the adjustment nut for the end. I'm not concerned with getting the exact part, a regular nut will do but I don't know what the size and thread is to find a for now replacement. Can anyone help out?

    Thanks

wish I knew but it sounds like yer barkin' up the right tree.
Don't repeat this but we tell everyone who wants to ride..as they roll down the hill...
"THERE'S NO BRAKES". No body seems to care. They just wanna know if it runs.

All kidding aside, try to get at least one axle with brakes.

i think it is 6x1.0 thread. why not take the cable down to ace hardware and work through the nut section till you find the right size? that so what I would do. I bet you could even find a wing nut for it.
