Didn't get to ride the Tecate much...some of the bolts rattled themselves loose after only a 10 min ride but other than that everything else was good and ran great...really choppy though...saw a couple other 3 wheelers out too

Great pictures! I love Pismo but it's a bit of a haul for me now.

I rode my first 3 wheelers there. Back in the early 80s we had a 250 Odyssey and made a Pismo trip and rented an ATC185 and a KLT200 for 1/2 day. Great time.

Had the 2nd best ribs ever on the beach there too. (Best were my grandfathers from Yolo Club in West Sac years ago).

I use a bottle of Loctite on my T3s and bring a bucket of spare bolts!

That looks like a great time! I've only been to the ocean a few times, would be really different to ride sand next to the ocean. Thats on my bucket list though, one of my buds here wants to hit the Oregon coast and ride dunes with pine trees mixed in. One of those days... Do Tecates vibrate alot?

Alot is an understatement! Haha....let me know if you ever plan a trip out here! I've got all dunes outside of CA on my list...Coos Bay, Little Sahara, St Anthony, Silver Lake and there's some others too I can't think of right now...

I built a kawasaki 500 triple powered 3 wheeler back in about 1980 using a Hi Performance ATC frame and it was a vibrating sucker too, can identify with that. Thats a sharp looking trike, never seen a Tecate in real life yet.
