Ya i finally riipped the motor out and found out it has a 55mm piston in it. The valves needed relaped cause she would do the whistle noise when i would crank it. I have an 80 model yr im goin to use the motor in. Im goona remove the coil and cdi mounts and reweld them on the points frame. The neutral indicator is a lil wonky. Mmm we see how that will go .plan to hit at it again this weekend.

110s break frames easy, i broke mine and so did my friend. they just cant handle real jumping. people seem to get upset when i say a 110 cant handle a beating but this picture is proof, they will all crack the frame in that spot if you truly ride aggressivly. hate to say but kawasakis klt 110 will handle a beating all day long, and im a honda fan!

Total shot in the dark here. Could that be a 125 motor? If the piston is bigger. I have no idea if that's even possible. But that could be a reason maybe. Nice job

no dont think so because there isnt an electric starter on the motor. Probably just an over sized piston

Im surprised they didn't put a tube or something else inside to strengthen it. Then again, they probably didn't think about people jumping these things, at least not the little ones.

Agreed, tubes are better for that than the pressed steel frame they used, back on the day, they made steel tube frames you could buy for them. (Mostly before the185 and 200 got popular)

lol i thought the same thing too so i checked the head ....105cc. i got a new front sprocket today so i gota tear the side off to replace that . i got the cdi and coil mounts off the 85 frame so i can weld em on the 80 frame . ill keep everyone posted. hope to put some time in her this weekend and ive got a couple ideas on paint job . this will be the 3rd atc90/110 ive done.
