Awesome nice to see more of them. It was just a few years ago thet the rear fenders were discontinued. The fronts are made of unobtanium. The lt50 quad is mostly the same parts. Call the dealers in your area to find leftover rear plastics. Good luck on the front.

    New project ALT 50

eBay will have most parts that he'll need.
I just finished a full restoration of a ALT and bought all the parts I need for a restoration of an LT and I ordered them here http://www.cmsnl.com/suzuki-lt50-198...886/partslist/
Might pay a little more with the shipping/fees but I liked the fact that they were original parts and I only had to make one order.

Trike is getting rebuilt at the moment, Had a bit of spare time so tried to clean up the fenders a bit, however we have ordered a new rear fender and seat.
I had the front number plate plastic welded, although this isnt perfect i will use it until i can find something better.

Hi guys just an update on the rebuild, its coming along nicely, engine goes in tommorrow. As usual Paul from PMR restorations is doing a great job.
New rear fender and seat are also on the way. If anyone would part with a front fender that would be amasing.

Update on the ALT, Everything is pretty much done now, the petrol tank has not had anything done to it so am unsure if i will completely restore it. Front fender has been made useable, and we put a new seat on it then put the aftermarket repro seat cover on it. Its a great little trike. Click image for larger version.

This make me want to do our alt 50 but alas Ive got to many other bikes and this one actually belongs to my brother. I am not completely sure but I believe the front fender off of a Yamaha tri zinger will fit. It will look a bit different but at least it will not be cracked.

Hello, your bike looks great! I'm in the process of restoring my ALT50 and was wondering what product you used to weld the plastic for the front fender? I'm in the process of installing new rear wheel bearings, then will make my way to the rest of the machine (engine, OEM seat cover, rear fender, wheels, etc).

    Thanks
