I talked to Kawasaki they should be done in May. And shipped to the dealers.
Get yours on Order and youll have it in a few weeks.

Has anyone received a new set in the past week? I called several dealers today and depending on the parts system they use they are back ordered or discontinued. On a side note kawasaki.com has the tecate fiches back on but no longer has anyplace to check the status of a part#.

get on a back order for this spring or watch ebay and others to see when they get the next batch. I'm going to back order a second fender locally and see if I can get past the $85 shipping lol

Probably shouldn't open my mouth till my fender gets here but I noticed some guy is selling front and rear fenders on Ebay for $900. Sooooo I checked my source and low and behold the front fender is also available. Also the MUCH NEEDED rear hardware to attach the fender out back and not have it snap as easy is also available. So I order them up.

I can't seem to find a front fender, all I can find is "obsolete" ...
That is from the sellers I've bought before an trust.

This came up available and I bought one, today it is not available. May I got one of the last ones? Some one has bought a bunch of the rears and I wonder if they made a few fronts that got swiped up

yeah rear comes up not available now too, some one is getting them lol

You either got one they had in stock or you will find they did not fill your order.
It is not that uncommon for online stores to show a part number and let you order it, then when they try to order the part they find out the part is unavailable, they will then update their website to show the part as obsolete.
This happened to me when I ordered a bare frame from Bike Bandit, they took my money and I thought wow that was easy. After a few weeks of being on BACKORDER they contacted me and gave me a refund, the next day the part showed unavailable.

Correct, for whatever reason kawi still makes the rear fender all other plastics are obsolete.

Yes, for some reason, they did a run of rear fenders and looks as if there will be another run. My Wife talked with her Kawasaki parts rep and he says it should go. He will bring it up that maybe they should look at doing the front fender and other plastic. It may happen if there is money to be made and the molds still exist, we will have to wait and see. But there are a lot of rear fenders on the back order list so that is a good sign,lol.

Maybe Kawasaki could make some other 3 wheeler plastics while they are at it, maybe for a KLT 185 or something...
