seems a but hi for just the frame. I seen ones on ebay for less with shipping.
is something special about it? Gusseted, chromoly something?
Does he have the title for it? check VIN could have been a stolen trike he stripped and sold parts on ebay now wants to move the frame to hide. seen that a few times.
