    Very nice I like it!

The build we are doing is from- oscarmayer, 3 different trikes, 3 different MX bikes, a bit of aftermarket, Joseph Farrow's help, pictures & info and a little bit of me.

All in a tidy little MX package, to bring a MX type trike to a quad track.

Here is my inspiration, Thank You Mr. Farrow Click image for larger version.

Thank You oscarmayer for the 200X-MX idea before I remembered the trike in this picture.

It has been done before, but this will be a bit different.

The best suspension mods I have done to a 200x is the following:

83/84 250R triple tree (bore steering them to ID of 200x stem since 250R runs a smaller dia stem)
Bolt 250R forks to it and gain 3" or so.
everything else from a 200x bolts to it.
83 250R rear shock almost bolts to the 200X, you need to machine a new shock bushing for the top. The lower bolts to the swinger linkage like the factory 200x shock. You will need a new linkage made that sits 1 hole dia lower so you keep the rake and trail the same of the bike.

All this does it give you another 3 inches of travel in the rear. The bikes float like a dream them.

350X rear shock has a very high spring rate of about 800+ lbs I think I remember. The 250R one is softer.

This is the only way I would ride a 200x anymore. It is not a costly mody. I did my home works on this one years ago when I built one. All the information is in my HRE 200x thread if anyone needs to copy. Attached is the photos of the 83 R shock. you can not use the 84R shock is in an inch longer.
