No one can help a guy out on here? They fit my ytm perfectly but I don't know what they are from.
I'll take a stab, this is only a guess
They look like street bike forks, drum brake, the mounts on the side would be to attach the front fender just above the tire, center trail axle.
Maybe something like a Honda CB when they had drum brakes.
Have you ridden it with those forks?
Are they pretty stiff?

As always- Everything I post is IMHO.
My guess is a nighthawk 250 1995 model. Just a guess though.

They are dirt bike forks I know that for sure. But I need a rebuild and don't know what parts to get.
On closer inspection they are different on bottom.
I've ridden lots with the forks and they are softer then the stock ytm forks. longer travel. and seems to corner better. I do believe your right but I think they are a Yamaha fork. off a street bike or older dirt bike. They are fender mounts so definitely from a bike of some sort.
Why is this in the Mad Scientist Lair?
To figure out what they come from! Didn't realize there was a forum nazi around. Got a problem? or just wasting time? Don't need the negativity nor the smart ass remarks. when I have a head ache enough already trying to get a rebuild kit for the forks. Senior briano
