Have you checked spark, air and fuel?
What does the plug look like? When I heard it run in your vid it didn't sound like it had much for spark. Is it a fat blue spark?
Yeah it's a decent spark. How do you hear spark...?

Are you being serious? What I am saying is it doesn't run for shite and it doesn't sound like the spark plug is igniting the fuel. Good luck bud
To be completely honest with you, the motor sounds great but check your spark plug, if it's fouled or just wore out, that could be why it's not starting. If the spark plug isn't the issue, I'd look at maybe a clogged carb. But other than that, it sounds fine to me. :-)

Gun laws do not stop criminals. BULLETS do.
Have removed spark plug, sprayed starter fluid in the plug hole, replaced spark plug, and then tried to start it?

ok from what I can see of the plastics and motor I am going to assume that is a 185 or 200. now at the top of the motor there is a cover that says cdi on it, it is not the cdi but the pulse generator behind the cover. If that is turned 180 deg you will have spark but at the wrong time take it out and flip it so that the metal contacts you see are at the opposit direction, and try it again if that doesn't work put it back the way it was and check your compression. If you are not understanding what I am saying check out a manual on this site and it will show pics for you.http://www.oscarmayer.net/atc/manuals/
