Nice job. You've got some impressive machining/fabrication skills.

Everything works now great, it hawls asses and has an unusal power at low rpm but also a strong powerband when you speed it up.

The only disadvantage is the unusual position of the right leg because of the large pipe, but this is a point that i can accept

It now needs a bigger chainwheel to use the last two gears too...

Next i will write report of my Kawasaki Mocate built if you are interested ?!

Could you post some detail pics of how you mounted your nerf bars? I'm trying to fabricate some of my own and love your design! Did you build or buy those that you used?

    That are Goldspeed Raptor nerfbars!

Bought them on ebay... They were a bit to long so i cutted out about 10cm and welded it back together... I think somwhere in my threat are pics of the cutting/welding.

I turned a rod with a threat inside and welded it into my footpegs. The aluminum sheet which connects the footpegs with the bars is custom...

Because i had a lot of space in my lower frame, i integrated the holder for the nefbars into the frame...

I welded the holder together from stainles U-profile that was laying in my shop. I used 3 tubes, two to connect the frame to the holder. Into the ends of the pipes i welded a rod with a threat, and the third pipe is just a stainless tube that slides into the aluminum nerfbar after some minor turning work...

The holders on the frame are plasma cutted from 6mm steel sheet metal

If you need any more help just post it here or write me a pm...
