Bought an ALT50 last night, how rare are they?

Last week I traded a pair of ATC70 for a 1985 Tecate, a tri-z frame and a 200X roller. I already knew that I would regret get rid of my 70.
So this week I bought a ALT50. It run and ride. The previous owner painted the frame and the engine. I need to do something with the plastic, they are sunfaded really bad and recover the seat.
How rare are the ALT50? They were only made for 2 years I think.

There's a few die hard Alt50 followers on here. The ones that seem to be the most rare are the orange ones which were only available in Canada. I've seen two listed in 5 years only; one in Ontario and one in Alberta. Ones with nice front fenders seem to be sought after since most are damaged.

I only saw 2 ALT50 for sale in the last couples of years. And none of them were orange.
