    Atc 200e front sprocket removal

Need to change the sprocket shaft seal any way to access it without pulling the entire side of the engine off?

NO. the sub-trans must come off. be VERY careful when doing so and make sure BEFORE you do this, you source a sub-trans gasket. they are VERY hard to find. I have 2. one for my 200ES I am redoing and one for the 200E that needs it's old one replaced. So I do not have a spare. they are hard to find. Good luck.
BTW, 200E and 200ES use the SAME sub-trans gasket.

ebay. spend your time searching ebay. one will come up eventually. also post in the classifieds asking for one.
if your "good" and brave enough, you could get gasket material same thickness as stock and make one but that will be a bit tough as it is pretty skinny in spots.
