How's the quality of those pans? And what kind/size of staples are you going to use on the seat

Got the seat pans in the mail today.They seem very durable.About 1/8 inch thick.

I'm interested to buy one, but how do you fix it on the fender and on the frame?

You can use the rear mount/latch on the back .The front Im using whats left of the old metal seat pan.Some people make new front mount or modify a 200x front mount.20180719_174042.jpg

Thats the original 82 pan.The original 81 pan isnt as bad.I bought a full seat off ebay several years ago it was posted as 83 250r/200x I new it was first gen 250r and scooped it up for $75 shipped.My 81 seat pan.20180720_210241.jpg 20180720_210312.jpg20180720_210256.jpg

Got some work done on the motor for this fooler quad.Need a couple small things like intake gaskets and bolts.Flywheel nut and washer.Its bored 60 over with all new gaskets and crank bearings and seals.20180725_122246.jpg

Yes I will post pics.I will be doing this in a couple days.I bought 2 seat pans.Im going to trim the front rusted pan and use that for one.The other Im thinking of using a 200x front mount. Could you post pics when you will have done it?[/QUOTE]
