*** 1985 Honda ATC70 Purchase ***

Bought this '85 ATC70 last weekend - hour and a half drive each way. Always wanted one. I am the 3rd owner. Pretty complete and original except the tires. Owner's manual and tool kit included. The seat is a little worn. No cracked plastic. Going to go through it then clean/detail it. My son thinks it is his but he is dead wrong.

Nice score! Is it just the picture or is the front fender close to the head nuts. Might be suffering from the infamous ATC70 frame tweak. Easy to fix if it is.

You are correct - slight rub of the front fender on the head nuts.

I've had two I've had to fix; from where you are now it's really simple to get it straight.

There are 3 more ATC70s' for sale that I know about. A 1980 here in Regina, Sask. Might still go and check that one out. The other 2 (both '84s') are a little drive away.

Grab all the 70's you can get if the price is decent. We can get $650 easily for a running machine even with the economy in the tank.
