    1983 ATC250R Axle bearing carrier

    Hi guys, I'm busy restoring a 1983 Honda ATC250R ... my sprocket bolts are eating into the bearing carrier adjustment side where you set the chain tention .... Is there suppose to be a spacer or washer of some type to keep the sprocket away from the edge of the carrier? Another issue is after giving it a full service and giving it a good run, oil started coming out the crack case breather, I suspect I just over filled it as I put 1 L of oil in ... anything I should be concerned about?
