    honda 250sx fork extentions

I recently inquired a honda 250sx and have got bigger tires for the back, but I want to keep the same size tire on front. I need to extend my front forks 3 inches to make it sit level, any ideas on how to do it proficiently would be helpful.
The new tires are not on yet don't want to put them on without extending the forks first.
Any ideas on snorkeling it would be helpful too. Want to use vacuum tubing and pvc but don't have a rack up front to stabilize. Could I put it on the handlebars if I used the vacuum tubing and went with pvc from there

Go back to stock tires, You want stock handling unless your going 5 mph all day long. Whats the trikes intended purpose? Mudding at slow speed?, Then maybe a tire upgrade for that particular purpose is needed.....I've seen modified big red 250es that are really cool,... Find out what they did and Don't forget about possible resale down the road.
