    '84 200es axle bearings replacement

Hey does any one know how to change bearings in a big red? It's got the diff wobble wobble. And any videos of this would really help

If you gotta replace all the diff bearings, it can be a bit of a job, but usually just the bearing on the brake drum cover goes. It's just a regular sealed bearing, while all the diff bearings run in the gear oil.

I think it's just the bearing in the brake drum. Do I have to take the axle off to replace the bearing?

Are you sure the wheel hubs aren't just sloppy on the axle splines?

The manual will have all the information you need.
