    XR carb on 85 200x

Ok, ive been searching the threads and read many many different XR carb options and talk and gotta use this carb with this intake from this year and ive read 50 different things. So ill just cut to the chase and ask. What year Xr200 carb will work on the 200x? What model carb is it?(ie..pd24,pd32,?) What intake to use? I want straight bolt on no problems no mods other than stretching the airbox boot. Thanks in advance! Oh btw, my motor is .20 over, full DG RCM exhaust, and moose filter, stock airbox.

Also, what main and pilot would be a good place to start with my minor mods and the XR carb?

86-02 XR carb is what you want. Use stock XR jetting 1st.

Its a bigger carb by 2mm i believe, so youll get more air flow, which allows more fuel. =more power. At least thats my thinking on it lol. And idk about the 86. Would have to have one of the 3WW experts chime in

There are a couple of links i saved on my desk top browser about this. I have a 200x as well and did a little investigation.

In the end i figured my 250R and 350X have plenty of power and i did not need to mess around with my super clean garage queen.
