    My Kawasaki KL250 Prairie

Well I picked it up yesterday.... got it for $80.00 I have no clue what it is "worth" in this condition, but, I figure anything under $100 is a steal just to get all the parts. Most of the parts (that I can even find) on eBay for between $30 and $50, so.... i think it was worth $80

Now... the fun part is cleaning it up and restoring it and hopefully getting it running again. I plan to take it the rest of the way apart and completely rebuild from the frame up. I have a good bit of rust to deal with, but it is all on the surface so no major damage there. I have no clue what all will need to be done with the engine but it appears to all be there. We are going to clean it up and hopefully won't find any cracks. I think I have found a rebuild kit for it that should help bring new life to it.

The body is going to take some work. I don't know if it can be salvaged, so, I will be on the hunt for a replacement and if I can't find one, we might make a fiberglass mold off of it so I can make a new one and get a real nice gel-coat finish and make it shine again. Getting the seat recovered will be the easiest part of this project I think haha

I was able to find a new (well, new to me!) rear fender for the trike. It is a black one, but I will be re-finishing it to be red. I could really use the forward fender piece (the one that is just in front of the seat) because mine is in horrible condition. Also... could really use a seat. If anybody happens to have either to sell that would be great.
