Fill the handlebars with BBs, or steel shot. DISCLAIMER; I am NOT an expert, nor do I play one on 3WW.

If a 200x is vibrating so bad you can't stand it, there is something else going on. It's trying to tell you there is an issue, listen to it.

So, could it be crank bearings? Or what all could it be? I just had my 250sx lock up on me, so I really don't want to go through this again.

No news on the video. All I have is my phone, and it isn't sufficient. I'll figure it out soon enough.

ok so to be clear, your engine is vibrating badly at idle? that was never answered.
check the engine mounts to ensure they are all tight.

No, at idle, it isn't vibrating. Just during acceleration.

You can do it... not as bad as it seems. I was quite a bit intimidated when i first pulled mine apart. Followed the manual to a T and it was a piece of cake.
EDIT: This is in reference to taking the bottom end apart

Do this. Put the trike in neutral and rev it half way. Slowly. Does the vibration happen with it like that or only when riding?

Yes, it vibrates at half throttle in neutral. Pretty bad actually.

ok then you have something internal to the engine then. it should not do that. i would venture to say a bearing someplace is letting go.
