the KLT200c was my first trike. I love the differential. Mine was an 83. Somewhere i do have a complete shop manual. I've slowly been looking for a few weeks now. In the mean time, i do have some information that may help in the restore.

I just picked up a KLT 200 for free a couple weeks ago. I'm about an hour south from Spokane (Pullman-Colfax area). Hopefully I'll get it running soon. So far the CDI box and the spark plug wire were bad, but most everything else checks out.

and thanks Rubbersalt for posting your information, which I used to determine what was not working so far. I just found a used service manual on Amazon for $24.95.

The KLT I got is in real good shape cosmetically.
