    So lets see if i got this , remove my 185 stem carefully remove stem from 250r put my adapter in wee
    Ld bottom like original drill holes in 185 stem to secure to adapter and basically done .right ? Easy thanks ol deuce

    So the oeiginal height of stem stays the same. bearings go on just like stock and the upper adjusting nut is shortened because the first gen r clamp is thicker right. I can still use the upper seal on adjusting nut too?

    You can play with the stem height before welding to the lower clamp and also before ya plug weld the stem to the adapter !!!

    you also can take some of thight away from the stem by cutting the bottom of the stem @ the adapter will hold the bearing race !!!!!!

    Stil not done got my new bearings yesterday .so saturday morning i will get it together .

    Wow man cool collection im jealous of your mill drill lathe in back ground . i still dont hsve it done . i broke 3 ribs friday night racing . not good. Very soon though .

    I will really puts me behind on the rest of the project being out of work for a week . lol i get hurt and still my only concern is getting my even way faster trike completed.

    Got it all done looks perfect .fits perfect . now on to the rest of the build . cant wait to race this thing .
