ID:	233887Hello, so i started this about a year ago, taking my time wanted to do it to last another 30 years. Anyway its a 86 honda 200x/trx200sx motor. I know this has been done before but what a great idea. Im almost done a couple small issues to deal with. Im aiming to be done before x-mas so i can get it out of back room. The 2010 camaro green 2-stage paint was wifes idea(im liking it, its different when sun hits it) yes its a china carb with stock jets ill try it for now. Also china rear master, may trow it away but it fit nicely. Every motor mount had some change to it,long process....I didnt weigh them but 200x and sx motor only felt a couple pounds different. This motors been gone through top to bottom- not crank though. Wife let me keep motor on kitchen counter for 3-weeks.. But she did claim this bike from begining. Electric start, reverse will be nice. Time for work but heres a couple pics(for now)Click image for larger version.

I do have a question for the two guys that built these. Did u ever get your rear brake pedal hooked up/working? All help is very appreciated...My factory airbox hose to carb is only off by 3/8 inch, ill prob try heating first. Battery im going to use smaller lithium battery i found a few that will fit in tool box and weighs around a pound or so.Click image for larger version.

White maier fenders/ white gas tank/ lime green graphics. Ive got new white shrouds so i could do 87 200x graphics id just do custom color graphics maybe lime green, black, silver. Or 86 style graphics with some nice tecate green scoops. Welcome to suggestions? Ive determined any red color on bike wont work. My son already pointed out red reverse button sticks out like a sore thumb just being sarcastic. Im thinking 85/86 250r white headlight shell. I have extra 86/87 200x headlight glass+frame i think it will fit one of those years. Does anyone know

Hello, More pics, one question i added 3/8 spacer to the inrake so air box will fit nicely that should be ok right? In the pics the little blue tape lines are where frame mounts were. I put oil in bike today. No leaks yay. Wanted to make sure oil pump was working. I rebuilt starter last week that wasnt too bad. Sprockets it has 13/42 for cruising trails im not ready to spend $80 for different one. Oh it is a. 83-250r rear axle followed info from here, fit is perfect one seal change though. I may try one of those new cheatah fronts, rear tire not sure yet.Click image for larger version.

Spacer will be fine as long as it seals. Very nice work, inspiring.

Really hot /humid here so im in garage working on rear brake pedal. What ive got is a honda rubicon 500? Ten $ on auction site rear arm. On paper this will work perfect, grip end piece and master cylinder end from 200x the arm is rubicon i should of taken pic of 200x arm first but belive me it looks nothing like what it needs. When done i should have 1-3/4 throw, for master. Ill try to weld it up this wk end to show result. Click image for larger version.

Hello. so rear brake pedal done.... it wasnt as difficult as i thought( ive been putting it off for a while) i still need to paint but here it is mounted. One shot is pushed down. About 1/2 inch clearance around it. It will hit bottom peg shaft all way down but not when brakes are hooked up+bled. Have about 3-hours making it. Anyway have a great day.Click image for larger version.

ID:	234047. Air box hooked up, 86/87 intake/ added 4mm spacer cut from damaged 86 intake but its only there so carb bowl will clear elec-starter. Still need to find my clamps there here somewhere...plenty of space for throttle cable. If anyone sees anything out of place or i should change feel free to tell me, thanks((hope im not boring anyone here))? By the way if anyone knows if dirtcrasher? Is or has airbox rings for these bikes still i'd take three, paypal or cash let me know, anytime no rush at all...

You may find year rear brake ped is too low once riding. Maybe its the photos but I like to keep them in line with the foot peg.

Thanks, it really was only way to run it, i had a very small area to work with. Its a short 1/4 inch lower than footpeg, hangs past frame about 1/2 inch when depressed. Im hoping when bled the lever wont(shouldnt) be below frameClick image for larger version.
