I thought I would post up the pics also. Just in case once the auctions end, the links might go away.

The pins for the seat are discolored or worn as if they were sitting on a bike. Look closely in some pictures and you can see scuffs too. They are super nice, but somethings fishy.

I thought that was weird also, but from the add......

I'm the original owner and bought all these parts new from Honda to do a full restore on my wife's '85 250SX, but it's one of those projects that I never got around to, and never will - she doesn't have the bike anymore. Time to pass them on to someone who will appreciate them, and how rare this chance is. The Oregon ATV tag on the trunk lid was only peeled from her old ride and placed there - the trunk lid is still brand new. The tag will come off easily, and a little WD-40 will safely remove any residue (if needed).

And to that I say... mmmmm hhmmmm.

    What does "brand new" mean?

It doesn't mean, "I unpackaged these, put a sticker on them, scratched them, mounted a seat to them, and put them on my trike."

I'm wondering what a NOS rear fender for a 250SX (without the seat and mudflaps) still in original packing be worth?

People don't seem to e buying as many OEM plastic lately. Maye due to the price tag versus MAIER....

That's why I saved my 86 350X rear fender and mudguard but not much is selling for awhile now.

Those are very rare though for sure!!

Ive got to say, I am pretty surprised so far at the price that the front fender has jumped up to. I had a feeling that the rear set up would climb, but not the front.
