    250R Inverted Forks.

So after years of waiting I finally bought myself an 85 R from a friend that was collecting parts for the past 6 years. I am very interested in doing the inverted forks to this machine but they are no longer available from Mr. Hall. Was wondering if any knew of anyone else that does this? Also putting a 450 swinger on it and am looking for some tips before doing.

I see you found your answer already. http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthr...=Kasey+triples
    Read up.

Vtx triples can be picked up super cheap, but they take some fabrication skills on the bottom side. I picked a set up for 45 bucks on feebay. Now I've just got to buy a yz450 to put them on haha..... but that is the next major project in my sights, so it will happen! And I will have an extensive build thread when it does!

I know about the VTX1800 triples, I have a set. The bottom is hard to find the tops are a dime a dozen. Just seen that on his new ones they are custom made units and am more intrested in those. Ive been following Kasey's builds for some time and actually have everything to build a YZ426F into a trike. Just have to get it to a machinest which I'll be doing that over the winter.

So what forks fit in the vtx triples?
2 in the back, 1 in the front.

For me I am putting them on a YZ426F and they will require machining for those forks but its the width that everyone os looking for. Will also need to machine a front axle.

Last time I heard, guys were having to pay around $700 for a set. So be prepared.

There is quite a bit of work in making a set. I made this set for my 450 trike, so I can relate to the high price tag.

that info is NOT correct. Kasey did not supply the correct set of triples for some reason. we tested and they did not work as stated. if you want inverts, talk to Onforumula1. we ave some designs we are doing for the Baja trikes and some MX stuff and I am sure he can help you with some setups.

I thought these were going on your 85r? Or are you talking about your 426? And you already have vtx triples? Are you going to use those or get some spendy customs? I'm so confused..... what was the question we're answering?

So technically these are valkyre triples but I'm pretty sure they're the same? But the top and bottoms are both 56mm clamping diameter

I am looking for a set of customs for the 250R. The VTx ones will go on the 426 this winter.
