The deal of the day thread.

Post up your deal of the day whatever it is.

I picked up this for my dirtybike for $50.00 Canadian bucks. Still have to use it as I just got it. Saves me from using my trailer if I just want to take the bike out. I have an Airlift1000 on the rear coils of my van.

Well these aren't quite deals of the day but these are a few of my latest that I did pretty well on.

I bought this G scale electric train at an estate sale for $200.00 and wrote a glorified ad and just sold it for a record price of $680.00 on Ebay . The background is a picture I took off the wall of our home.

Paid $8500.00 for this 1966 Mustang five weeks ago on Craigslist that was advertised for $11,500.00 and got it shipped 140 miles for free with my AAA card then bought $700.00 in parts and did some minor detailing etc and just sold it five days ago on Ebay for $14,500.00.

Just bought this 1966 Mustang with a rebuilt 289 for $5500.00 in Washington . It was loaded on the shippers truck 30 minutes ago . It will cost me $500.00 delivered to my door 1200 miles away . I can sell it as is for $8000.00 but I will probably do a few minor things to it then sell it for around $10,000.00.

I not only don't have an edit button because I am so dangerous, I am also not allowed to change my location or view jpeg photos, irregardless, it's irrelevant where someone lives.

OMG...please don't give barn an edit button, he might hurt somebody with it!

Picked up a running and driving OBS Flareside for $500 Friday. Not the prettiest, but you can't beat a running and driving truck for that price.

You could get $1,500 for that on your side of the South border within a day. They love those "Caja California" boxes down here.

Yea the flaresides are cool as heck. I'm not sure what I wanna do with it yet. It's not a daily driver. Even though that's what I've been using it as for the last week.

Might try and trade it for a wheeler, do a partial trade with some cash for a smaller 5 speed truck, a cool old car, or just keep it and drive it when it snows or to take out the mountains. It needs work, but like I said it runs and drives so I can't complain. They handle pretty good actually. Just slow lol. It's not something I'd wanna take on long trips.

I'm debating on if I wanna dump money into it or not. It needs rust repair. The frames solid but brackets to this and that are rusting off, the corners of the floors have a small hole. Valve covers weep some oil. Getting the exhaust leaks fixed this week at work. Just a lot of little things. Nothing major though. Like I said it runs and drives so I can't complain as long as I don't sink too much into it. Still debating. Plus I got 4 brand new mud tires at the house to go on it.

Wish it wasn't an automatic though...
It's got the cool factor so it really makes me wanna fix this ol' jalopy up to a daily driver. The gas station attendants love me, I know that.
