    trx 250r wire harness on atc 250r

    Wondering if anyone has tried the aftermarket trx250r wire harnesses that does not use lights on a 86 atc 250r. Found one on ebay and ricky stator has one also.Will it work ?http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-86-88-Ho...hX-cLY&vxp=mtr Trying to clean it up a little and get rid of the ac regulator

    It will work. I'm Not sure about where the coil and cdi are mounted on the trx. I used a trx harness and cut everything off that I didn't need to make a race harness.

    Just make sure your atc stuff is actually 86. The 85 has a different CDI box plug, and a few other odds and ends if I recall correctly.
