Yeah, the eBay add was a little misleading. It said no parts with the auction. No shift lever, kick start lever, carb, etc. Kind of wanted both options. Oh well, can't win em all. Lol. By the way, gonna just make a cap for the egr port. Thanks fellas.

Hey oldschool. You wouldn't happen to have a better pic for me on how you mounted your radiator.

I got my kx 100 radiator mounted up. I did not have to do any welding like I thought I was going to do. I found some led light bar mounts on ebay that looked like they would be perfect for what I needed to do. I received the mounts today, and they worked perfect. I just had to cut 2x 90 brackets out of aluminum angle I had laying around to mount the radiator. Looks good, no welding on the frame and is solid.

Chain alignment question? Anyone shim a sprocket in on the motor. It seems my alignment is off by the eyeball, and plenty of room to shim in a 1/4"

Started on my wiring harness today. Everything seems to be plug and play. Still need to wire up the lights, and get a battery.Thinking about building a battery box.

Hey x-rider, looking great. if you go on egay type in motorcycle battery box there is pre-made metal ones there that may work(bolt on) for you. I like how your starter solenoid has a rubber cover.

Thanks for the info. I can get sheet metal too. I work at at a sheet metal company. My brother just had some nice light bar mounts burned out on a laser for his 58 jeep willys.

ID:	237476 Need help on this one guys. I'm not sure how this needs to be hooked up. It is the thermostat assembly. I belive the top one is just a sensor. Not sure if I need to hook it up to any wiring or not. The other is a vacuum or something, I can blow right through it. What or where to hook up?

Yes looks to be just a sensor for a guage assembly OR maybe for an overheating light. Triggers a light on the dash if you will.

Is that other port connected into the cooling system. Guessing it is. I would think it would hook into the rad in some way. Kind of like a bypass hose(?)

I work in the automotive field. So thinking like this. lol

I got my hoses ran today. I forgot to take pics (later). I think the coolant should flow good. I got Dochbikes number through AK47kid. I've been texting with him, he and I figure the top fitting is for a fan sensor switch. I'm not going to use a fan so I shouldn't need that. The other , Doch was thinking maybe a drain if the seal fails, or carb warmer. I was thinking maybe a bleeder of some sort? Here is a diagram I found on the web, not specific, but maybe the same concept.

I finally found a pic. It looks like it ties into the radiator.Click image for larger version.

In the pic above seems to be no wire connected to that sensor (single post at the thermostat) But on the rad there is a switch and that rad has a fan. As you are not running a fan. It does not matter.

Looks like you were rights about the bypass. But it's hard to tell from the pic, I'm thinking it ties into the radiator hose, not the overflow like I was thinking. I'll need to get a tee if that's the case.

I found a better pic of what I need to do. Looks like it ties into the upper connection. I don't have a fitting on my radiator, so it looks like I'll need a t fitting. Also looks like the overflow just goes to atmosphere? My first liquid cooled sorry for the dumb questions. Attachment 237536
