    "Liquid X"

What was I thinking. In another thread DochBikes was talking about putting a water cooled engine in a 200x. I bought a liquid cooled engine off ebay. Looks like it will bolt right in, but will need a lot of mods. I thought that electric start and reverse is the route I want to go with my X. Anyways let me know what you all think.Click image for larger version.

Not sure of the make. I believe zongshen or clone. 200cc. 4 speed with reverse.

Sure will. I have a tig welder, and am a metal fabricator, so brackets and mounts should not be an issue if everything lines up. I think the wiring might be toughest for me.

Sorry dude. Still rebuilding my motor just in case. Then I can hoard it for 30 years lol. Or I would like to build a 2 wheel conversion and stick it in there.

Well it is a tight fit and is going to require mount modifications. I think it's gonna fit though. Mocked up my dg exhaust, it should fit as well.Click image for larger version.

Did you use a reservoir and radiator or just radiator on your build?

KX100's do not have reservoir, just radiator and a over flow hose like most 2 strokes.

Thanks guys. Motor fits, just have to modify top mounts slightly, and do a little grinding on some of the bottom mounts. I had to cut a hole in the center of the skid plate to get to the oil drain plug. Still ordering parts so I'll keep u guys posted.
