Happy New Years...and what are your resolutions?

    Happy New Years everybody!

I rang in the new year properly by missing a turn due to Darkness and watery eyes... luckily I still have my reflexes and managed to avoid the tree and electrical box... and I have a newfound confidence in my facial reconstruction... if it can hold up to smacking off a railroad track I think I'm good.

My wife was watching Rehab Addict this morning and her mom has a big red in the garage. It's nice to start off the year with trikes on my mind... hopefully that is a good omen that I will get it sometime to ride this year!

Sucks about the ticket, isn't $300 a bit steep?

Those are some good resolutions, hopefully you can make them happen!

Thanks for the well-wishes, aside from the broken nose, facial damage, a concussion, some loose teeth, and a probably broken hand I'm good. I just keep humming my theme song and carrying on…

    Heal up fast.

Hit the Casino with the GF on New Years Eve for a bit. Came home. Cooked up some steaks on the BBQ...

Only resolution is spending more time with friends and family in 2007.

About the ticket- there was no # on the ticket itself but its 150. For every 10mph over. I was 70 in a 55 zone
So 225. + a 90 dollar court fee? Every one was speeding but i was leading the pack he said. (I WAS)
The mph dropped from 65 to 55 for about a 5mile stretch im sure they sit there all day and just pick and choose...
    He was doing his job.
    But anyway- life goes on

I'm resolute about making no resolutions. I have too much to finish before I start anything else!

Shep, sucks about all that…but kudos on taking it so well. I've found in my later years that a little attitude adjustment and change of perspective can go a long way. Like you, I'm a glass-is-half-full kinda guy. Cheers!

Camino, my guess would be that the trike is a US90, perhaps of 1974 vintage. It appears at about 3:16 into the video.
