Well, I don't want to give another false answer,
But, in the 4 messages we spoke together he said it was specifically made to fit onto a TRX450 Can. And to be honest, I ran that setup with the HRC tip, and I had to rejet 4 sizes on the main jet, 1 or 2 on the pilot after using that tip. I wouldn't hesitate to use that if your 400EX doesn't fit. They're sold everywhere cheap.
I only took it off to run a Supertrapp. I had those questions because I didn't wan to have to weld on that header because it's already powder coated.
Maybe it will work, or maybe you can make a midpipe...

I think Harkabusic racing makes a head pipe for the 350X too. That's the header ATV on Demand used for the 350X motocross build.

I bought a niche of stuff from white rabbit about two years ago. Swing arm some PRM nerf bars and few nos items. He's a nice enough guy but he has a lot of family issues. Or so he says. Shipping takes forever and his follow up isn't great. Forgot some of my hardware he promised. Easy to replace but was the thought.
