Your going to have to figure placement and dimensions yourself. It has templates for straight through or curved pipes.

The only real challenge I found for myself personally is certain dimensions for motor internals. At the time I was working on a 1971 Yamaha HT-1 and I took engine measurements and printed the patterns. My intention was never to actually construct one but merely use it as an exercise for me. It seemed straight forward enough. From what I've gathered rounding the individual pieces may be the most difficult.

I am sorry that you are not getting a call back. All this big money for fat cylinders and the likes. Only to find your ignition can't fire strong enough, your clutch won't take it, and your jetting is way off. Then you lose your 1st high dollar piston.

I recommend doing exactly what your engine builder says to.

Or get a BDT or LED pipe and follow their instructions from here on out.
