Hi 3 wheeler world!
It's been a long time since I've posted. Life got to busy and expensive for toys for a while. But recently got the itch and picked up a few new ones.
The 82 atc200e when I bought it had recently been rebuilt, new exhaust, new rear tires, new carrier bearings, then it lost spark. I put a new magneto and CDI in and now runs great. The magneto was its main issue as it was damaged. One question for it is with the new CDI it doesn't want to idle after a few seconds. Prior to the CDI it would idle all day. I'm assuming it's carb adjustments but did not expect that. Is that common? It's a Chinese CDI that I read about on a thread here.
2nd bike is a atc110 that appears mostly all original. It needs a new top end, but does run. Smokes like a burning tire and low on power. I thought about trying to buy a new top end since there are so many Chinese/tawianese parts out there, but not sure if that will work now after reading some. Boring the stock cylinder out I guess is my best bet. Plan on taking the engine out today. Just ordered new tires for it.
Last bike is a 1987 xr200r. I've been wanting one for a long time and got a great deal on it.
