Gun laws do not stop criminals. BULLETS do.
My twin boys got their walking papers from High School today. And both now have part time jobs to boot. One is working in the meat department at a grocery store and the other just got a job at a hardware store.
My girl friends daughter graduated grade 6 today too. School only goes from K-6.
Good day for both of us.

Chicks love guys that ride trikes
Got my cr out today, haven't run it since fall. Installed new air filter as the old one was all rotten. This was a bike I was not allowed to own as a teenager living with my parents. Probably a good thing as I would have killed myself.

Roger that Bill. I'm trying to sell my wife on a US run next year hitting some "Diners/Drive-ins/Dives restaurants as we meander SE from Montana or ND hitting Trikefest then on to Kentucky for the Military Vehicle Preservation Association meet. Of course we would have to do a little visiting along the way ;-) I'm working on it.

I've been trying to start this bike for a while. The ignition button will not work, but I can get it started by jumping the solenoid with a screwdriver.
I bought a new ignition key and lithium battery, new plugs and fresh gas. It will start for a min or so then it will stall out.
I guess it's time to pull the carbs and put them in an ultrasonic cleaner.

When the going gets tough, the tough get sideways
Well, several reasons. My main focus was to "reset" my body so to speak. Years of junk food made me feel terrible. So i wanted to reset my digestive system as well as burn off a little of the toxic fat i had built up as a test of willpower. I felt like i had lost control of my eating habits and needed to keep that in check.
But what i learned from all this was much more than that. You learn the difference between "hungry because its time to eat" and real physical hunger, which for me really didn't set in until yesterday, probably due to the weight I'm at. I've also learned that we live in a food-centric world here in the USA. Food on TV, junk food commercials, birthdays, holidays, it all revolves around food. And after a couple days of fasting you see how commercialized and cheesy (literally and figuratively) all the food they force on us seems.
I cant recommend it for everyone but it certainly helped me. This week i've been more focused at work than ever and felt much more lively, with very few side effects. Like being hungry. And a very mild headache that came and went and has all but disappeared by now. As well as a little muscle soreness and cramps here and there.
Sorry to ramble on but i really do feel like a million bucks today!

The emblem looks like it may be attached with double sided tape. You could try using a hair dyer to soften the adhesive, and a plastic putty knife or bondo applicator to pry the emblem off. It looks like the emblem may be concealing the mounting screws of the bracket on the back side of the trim piece.
