El Cam, if the idea of zinc or lead doesn't tickle your fancy (cool idea btw) how about bleach in a sprayer then power washing?

edit: haha, so i already started it up afterwards and it ran fine but just out of curiosity i wanted to look in the manual to see if i needed to prime the pump or anything or if it’s even possible but before i even found my answer i realized i forgot a critical step! i didn’t remove the engine! (see uploaded pic included with edit) i didn’t remove the fender either. i’ll make sure i remove the engine next time

Horse it's a Suzuki, very capable machine but an absolute bee-otch to work on! The manual is probably correct, lol.

Thought about bleach, but if I use water Ill need to let it dry till the next weekend. Guess I can do that. That's what I do at home on my ramp. Thanks!

Ordered a couple containers of zinc pellets to stick on the roof.

Original....however those fountain sodas at the speedway gas station with a shot of vanilla are grand! Beer has nothing on a coke.

Dont really go to McDonald's...after you work at a place like that you have no desire to eat the food. Tequila is where it's at!

They absolutely have. They have a special contract with Coke for a proprietary syrup that is chilled and stored in stainless steel vats. It's also formulated to be served with ice so the additional water dilutes it to the perfect ratio.

The coke at our local McDonald's are all watered down.....all their beverages are. I don't know how much savings there are in reducing a drop or 2 of syrup per cup but I guess it's worth doing......all the fast food joints seems to be doing it.
