Hey 90nut, love the old 300 fourtrax! Arguably one of the most dependable ATV's ever built. Mine is at 11,000kms (approx. 7,000 miles) and will start faster than any fuel injected machine, especially in the cold, I guarantee!

Coolpool, this is my third one, still have the other 3 also, got this one to do a growing sidewalk route I have (plowing and salting.) It was a decent machine but the head gasket was leaking, tried making it through winter but she blew out the rest of the way. I agree with ya on the best 4 wheeler made, it's not the biggest, the fastest, or the most plush, but they run amazing and it loves to work!

... some used railway track, a custom made multi tier rack, grain drying fan, solar panels... oh, I’m sorry, did I type that out loud?

Install these lights on my Harley today.... Now my bike looks like a Ford F-150.

    They look better at night

Hmm well today I shipped out a headlight shell to Marysville, MI (slowly catching up)
I picked up a 86/87 200x tank last wk (eBay) it looks really bad but actually it’s only light surface rust it’s a pretty solid tank.
Lots of dents though..... one front edge is/was pushed in 3/4 inch (filling that sucker with bondo) one side looks like a couple shotgun pellets grazed it.
Cold in the garage so it’ll be all hand sanded on the kitchen counter (wife and kids are gone for two days)
    Still waiting on elcamexicans rubbers
Ps2- gotta mail your package tomorrow.

    Light holder looks amazing!

Got hydraulics working on the Stratton
Now some parts to make (arms/top link)
According to the Brochure For the lift the installation is 14 hours. I’d say that’s reasonably accurate (although I had to make a lot of new parts and rebuild the pump which slowed me down.)

Tearing appart a blaster I just built. Straighten frame warped under temps from powder coating. Now to mod a new frame all over again. Talk about a setback. Tweaked frame may become a 3wheeler now.

That’s a new one. Are you sure they didn’t drop it? 400-450F shouldn’t affect a frame.

That's what I was thinking as well.

Can an oven warp a frame?... I've never had that happen before.
