Shop around though, I pd $53
And the harness they include the wires are only 6 inches long but should be easy to put in new wires in the connection block.

Edit: tried and works great with it mounted in the tank on passenger seat in the truck-cruising around.

Been working on some old chain saws on my days off here. Got the David Bradley's running, got the clinton 5a running, but the needle wont seat, so fuel leaks past it. I've looked and looked but cant find parts for the carb. Keep looking for a kit, or try to find a needle and seat that fits from something else
Installed a light bar on the service truck at work. The 1 candle-power per headlight wasn’t cutting it....

Salty!
Hate that stuff, that light bar will be awesome
Time to start making the top link part that was missing from my Stratton lift. Copying some pics on the internet, I needed some 3/8 plate and channel.
Hit the scrapyard and found a 4” channel that was 8 ft long or a piece of 3” with some tabs welded in. Couldn’t bring myself to cut up the beautiful 4 inch piece so out came the torch and a grinder and an hour of wasted time to make a beautiful piece of 3 inch channel. (I have an issue hoarding steel, I always will tend to make do with the smallest possible junk piece so I can save the bigger pieces for that future project that never seems to come around LOL)
After drilling the mount holes, The next step is to mock up the top link bracket which Hass to be at an angle so that the tailgate can still be removed. Note, helper 2x4 to hold the tailgate at release point.

More scrap, I cut a piece off those 3/8 plate and tacked it back to itself so I could double it up, marked out the piece that was needed and use the plasma to cut both pieces at once.
Trial fit, tailgate slides out nicely. By no means a professional fabricator but it turned out well thus far. Next to drill the through holes for mounting and weld it in place
Building a second steel workstation table for the office today. Been tinkering on it for about 3-4 months now? Getting it closer. Had a hell of a time getting this one straight and level, it was warped everywhere. Started off with a porta-power against the outer edge to try and un-warp it...
Pole saws are great! But, I had a mild accident when I was all stretched out at full pole...
Took a picture of a picture, didn't pay attention to turn the phone so it wasn't sideways
I will get a better picture but in the meantime here's the story. I bought an old house that has a lot of trees, tree branches rubbing the house everywhere, walk across the yard and the branches hang so low they steal your hat
So one day I set out on tree limb duty. I get everything cut, except the one tree in the front yard. Couldn't quite reach what I needed to cut so I grab my 2' tall work platform. Branch in question goes across the overhead power line, I get it cut back to where I got about a 2' chunk that crosses the line, go to cut it on the other side of the line and SNAP, branch breaks, spins around knocks me in the head. I dont fall off the stool, pole saw is ok, but I've got a headache. Go inside and there is a 3/8" diameter splinter stuck down between my scalp and skull. Try as I might o couldn't get it out. Had to go to the hospital for removal. I now wear a hard had while doing tree work. I'll get pics of the stick and my head after bit
90nut, glad the widow maker didn't cash you out. Had a similar situation happen November 2019, Caught me above the cheek and dropped me right to the ground. How it didn't break my jaw or nose is beyond me.
Father always said to me better be lucky than smart. Getting hit in the head with a 50 pound log reminded me to always respect trees your felling, take your time and limb it into short lengths so if they do come at you it won't knock you out of the bucket or off the ladder.
