can I drain it, and fill it with something else so not to rust anymore while I rebuild the engine.
    Basically tank storage. any thoughts?

Cleaned the lake rink off last Saturday from the dump of snow we got last Friday. Me and the neighbor keep this open all winter long using a combination of a bobcat, quad w/plow, snow blowers and sweeper. It's a fairly large rink and a bit of work for us but it gets used alot throughout the winter. We're heading out this afternoon with the bobcat, quad and sweeper to clean yesterdays dump off and get it ready for the Easter long weekend.

Temporarily (Velcro-ing) on motor head pieces, before I bolted it on- hated the look at first but it’s kinda growing on me. The side you can see (pics) I was just going to call that side done, then my son comes over and says “what if” we take that cast alum heat shield that we did probably a couple yrs ago now and hold it up where the header would go.......
Ya that would finish it off, now to buy/bend up some 1-1/4 alum pipe to resemble the stock header to hold the heat shield on. Then I suppose I could run the rear brake line through it also. Hmmm or maybe I’m way over doing it.
Time to couch it and have a refreshment . Cheers

I think it’s on page 4 in trikesylvania, I’ve updated it a tiny bit by editing. I put 4miles on it last wk end and the battery went from 66v top charge to 64v after parked. That was about 45mins ride time just cruising around but still had lots of running time left-
I’ve got to find a straightaway for speed check- goes much quicker with this powerful motor/ way to quick for my trails.
Been waiting to mount the fenders to add a new post.

Nice to have ya back, missed your post’s. Glad to hear your recovery is going well. The Jeep looks awesome with the fork set up.

I got dad's old trike going again. I still have to finish putting it together, but I got it running last night. This one has always been a mix of parts and just a dependable rider. I've had all the parts for nearly a couple years, but just hadn't gotten around to it. It's got a new wiring harness from ps2fixer, which fit great. No way was I going to use the old crusty harness when a new one was so affordable.

Building a mini motocross track for the nephews and kids, 2-1/2’ tall x 10’ table top and a set of doubles 2 ‘ tall and 6’ apart. The oldest nephew is clearing both of them with ease.
