Put a mesh floor in sprayer box, for airflow when hot out.
Used rustoleum pro grade bedliner on every thing bare metal and ash wood, looks good on wood.
    Didn't include chute blocker picture.
    Nice welder.

I haven't TIG welded in 25 years. I'm looking for a cheap one so I can do some practice stuff with it.

Sorry to hear about your pets guys....
Just finished up bending up a dummy exhaust header. 1-1/4 alum pipe 3/16 wall, harder to bend than I originally thought I ended up picking up a harbor freight 12ton bender-got the job done.
Now I have to remove my poured rubber end plugs and somehow get the sand (petrobond) casting sand it packs in very solid out.
I’ve got to cut the head end a lil shorter w/angle but it’s as far as I will get it today.
Elec bike part- I have to stop adding stuff or I’ll never get it done.
Hmm now do I paint the header or leave it alum color-
    Whatever it’s lunch time anyway.
    Stay safe guys

This one's mig only. Wanted one for around home and found it online on sale. I have a couple welders that are capable of tig but don't have the accessories yet. That would be neat someday. I plan on making an outdoor canopy or two with it to work under at home. I hate to grind and weld inside, plus take camping and racing........someday.......someday.
Hey Shep, I would take a set of red 86 200x tank flares if you end up with extras.

Fieldy-if I ever do red I’ll just send them your way, honestly though I kinda regret doing the mold.
I poured a couple just messing with color and ended up with a dark gray with white specks, (looks like granite rock) so as of now the gray tank fins may stay “but” now I need to change the headlight shroud color to match.......

    My head is spinning-
Here’s a couple more pics since I’m posting anyway . May have posted the engine halves, as I did them but those are done too.

Plan was to attach engine parts today but the wife’s been feeding me adult beverages since lunchtime....

How many years ago do you figure that was put there?

I recently found a 3/8” cable in the center of a 10” diameter mesquite trunk and two strands of 10 gauge copper wire.

I’m going to have to pass on that. I came down here to escape Liberals, I don’t need any of that stink around here.

Didn’t mean to trouble you. Whoever drove that nail is probably long gone from this earth. I’d love to see what the head of it looked like. Probably square like a horseshoe nail if it was a nail.

This begining of last week i stumbled upon the Forrest Fenn treasure story. Watched a few utube vids about it too, the man hid over a million dollars in gold/ jewelery somewhere in the mountains out west and wrote a riddle/poem with clues in it. I even wrote down where the clues brought me (where i thought it was).
well it turns out someone found it over the weekend.....no not me
they say it was some guy from the east- thats all the info for now.
never heard of this until last wk or i probably would have been out there myself looking. kinda a cool story if you need to pass the time.

I had read about that treasure but never put any effort into thinking about the clues.
Seems like several are not happy and are going to take it to court.

    https://www.santafenewmexican.com/ne...ca96e31ef.html

Barbara Andersen, a Chicago real estate attorney, said she is filing an injunction in federal District Court alleging she solved the puzzle but was hacked by someone she doesn’t know.

“He stole my solve,” she said in an interview. “He followed and cheated me to get the chest.”

In the injunction, she seeks to stop an unknown defendant from selling booty from the treasure chest. She is also asking the court to give the chest to her.

Other lawsuits against Fenn mentioned in the article and another person saying the treasure never existed.

Hunting for the booty always brings out the best in people.
