Ya, likely I won’t use as forks
I will probably add a light deck and use as a carry all
Cool article shep
The forks were for moving round or the big square bales back before anyone made a bake spear. We made a way over built steel/wood box for our farm tractor that went on the bale forks. We used it to haul the wood cutting gear into the woods, pulled log splitter behind the box. Never remember using it to pick up any type of bales. Did use it once to pick my truck up off a stump out in the woods tho.

I’m sure there’s a good story about how you ended up on a stump with your truck.
I’m thinking of doing the same thing with this, mostly moving smaller stuff around outside and garden equipment/firewood etc. The jeep is just fun to use so the implements give me an excuse
I rode in the woods today. Flipped a few stocks for profit, bought some ATV parts, gutted a wireharness and fixed up a frame, played with kid.
Well, I spent 4 hours doing a 10 minute job.
I attempted to put new front drum brake on my 200m flat tracker, the axle was frozen, I tried every thing, Impact, breaker bar, PB blaster, more PB blaster and finally the torch. I tried with it hot, I tried cooling it quickly, I tried it all. While hot and using a socket with a breaker bar with a 4ft pipe on it, it was lifting the back of the machine off the ground. I stopped.
I had to regroup. so..
I pulled the fork off the trees and placed it in a vise bolted to my 1500lbs table, with the axle facing downward I made a volcano out of some metal tape so I could have more PB Blaster in kinda a cup forcing it to seep into the threads and the housing. I went and made a sandwich and returned about 45 minutes later. Now using the breaker bar with the 4ft piece of pipe I flexed it about 2 feet passed where the socket stopped turn and it moved just a tiny bit. I about fainted, it didn't break, I ended up having to use the breaker bar and pipe to unscrew the whole thing, it never really got easy to turn. With it out of the fork, I took it over to the press, set it up and after 2 creeks and 1 ping, the axle began to slide out the brake housing.
Success, Finely
New brakes installed along with a new tire and lots of anti-seize.

took the tri moto riding on a NH multi-use trail, as i slowly passed a woman and her kids who were walking i overheard her say to them “they don’t make those anymore”
Lol we have been taking some rides for some fresh air as well. People were outside waving and giving us the thumbs up like it was a parade thru Laurel, Indiana.

It's been warm and sunny here, so I went for a ride in the bottoms, hoping to get a gator pic.
The rivers are flooded and running fast, so I hit the backwater areas.
All I found was a Kid Rock CD.
I guess all the gators were in their trailers.*
*I grew up in a trailer, but it had an addition, so it was half house. Whatever.

The story of three wheels and a man...
Today I tore down my 200x build up.
I did have a question, the tank looks good, not great it will be a few months before I need it, it has old gas in it now.
can I drain it, and fill it with something else so not to rust anymore while I rebuild the engine.
Basically tank storage. any thoughts?
