The last pic of the rusty piece of something reminds me or riding the big DR through abandoned mining claims in Nevada

Thanks, it’s between Wallace, Id and St. Regis, Mt. Tons of old iron off the railroads. That was a wheelbarrow-about 200 yds straight down. As much as I like that stuff there’s no way to carry it.
One tunnel is 1.6 miles, right thru Idaho-Montana line. Two Marion steam shovels raced over 100 years ago. Idaho guys won. When Montana guys broke thru on March 1, 1909, they realized they were with a fraction from their measurements. First train chugged thru March 7th.

New bearings in the 110 and a new used pair of Kendra sticky lite tires. What an amazing difference in the handling. Just enough snow on the ground for a bit of fun.

Broke in my new shoes on a 124 mile loop. Started at 1,400’ in the desert sun, broke through the clouds and drizzle on our way to 10,000’ and then came back home.

Sounds like the beginning of a joke. Did you stop at any bars perchance?

Made this mini brake reservoir on my HF lathe. I'm running a GSXR front master cylinder and with no place to mount the giant factory master this is what I came up with. First time threading and it turned out good.

My brother invited my twin boys and myself up to the cottage this weekend (Twins brought a friend up also). There was 2 very cold days at the lake midweek. Lake froze over about 3-4" of ice. They got a bit of snow a week before that. We left on Friday and got up there at 7:30PM. Had some pizza and meat pies. Walked on the ice later that night. Saturday had a good breakfast. Got the sleds out and played around the lot and made a couple trails. It got mild and snow was melting. The boys had a awesome time. First time riding sleds. New hoops were put on the trailer. Lunch and then cut down some trees. Great dinner. Watched movies and lite off some fireworks. (Guy's weekend...) Maintenace on the sleds today. I installed a battery tender to my brothers sled. EAT/PLAY/WORK type of weekend. Oh and drink Beer.

Oliver bread slicer rehab for a friend
It shook it self to pieces. First identifying all the cracks and then cutting out the damaged area:
