Today I am unpacking my US mail and marveling at the toys my boss thinks I should be conducting long term tests on. 5 & 6 mm fittings included

Took a break from designing the latest Nico Suave Regular Guy Product line of shart resistant sleepware and started prepping a set of cases for assembly.

Five years or so back I tried “case stuffing” these to see if I could get more grunt out of it. This is the first time I’ve had to change the crank bearings since, so I got a good look at how the JB Weld held up to all the heat cycles and fuel exposure.

Seems the thin edges where the epoxy had been feathered out did chip away a little and there is definitely some absorption of fuel into it, but only about .010”, so I just feathered it out smooth again and put it back together for another go.

If you’re going to put a photo like that of her on the Internet she better be at least 18 in dog years.

No idea where it’s from. The boys at the half way house had it cranked up. Didn’t seem to offend them.
