The red one Is/was so I knew where air would be trapped... but after degassing and making a different mold I think I got it.

This is pretty cool Shep and I'm sure you've shared on this forum the process of making these seals. My question is how do you determine the correct formula for the rubber that you use? I mean wouldn't a seal consistency be different from say a clutch adjuster cap/plug? And some of the seals that we use have that spring in the middle, is this something you don't worry about or are you able to replace those also? Have you considered duplicating whole sets for different trikes?
Either way seems like a pretty good ability to have making one's own seals..
