YT175 top end removal w/out taking out engine?

Super350, I'm not sure mate, but I can confirm that the barrel can be taken off most two strokes in chassis. I had a look at some pictures on line, and I have no reason to believe the YT175 would be any different.

In service replacement of pistons and rings on two stroke motors is virtually mandatory. I believe engineers would have allowed room in the frame for this to occur.

I would give it a go, if you get stuck. Take some pictures and post them up and I'll talk you through the process. Taking pictures is a good idea every time you pull apart anything. It allows you to cross check the location of things when it comes time to reassemble.

As long you take a methodical approach to this I'm sure you'll be fine.

I know for a fact you can do it on the ytm 125. It's snug but I've done it multiple times.
